Steps
[beef saute]
- Prepare a pan and heat up
- Add oil
- Saute ground beef. Break apart over medium-high heat
- Once the beef is cooked, set on the side
- Add onion and garlic on the available space in the pan and saute
- Once onion and garlic are cooked, mix together with ground beef
- Add Taco Seasoning and mix well
- Add Jalapeno
- Set it aside

- Prepare a pot
- Add butter and melt the butter
- Add all purpose flour and mix
- Add Milk gradually while mixing
- Add Heavy Whipping Cream
- Add Paprika Powder
- Add Cheeses and mix until melt

- Add the toppings ingredients
- Add the cooked ground beef
- Add the white sauce on top
[baking]
- Baked at 375F for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted
- Serve with cheese
