Ingredients
- 1 can Cornedbeef (340g) – https://amzn.to/35Yzpgv
- 8 pcs Egg – https://amzn.to/3hUz7cR
- 1/2 Onion – https://amzn.to/3hVvSSj
- 5 cloves Garlic – https://amzn.to/35XmtYc
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Steps
- Saute garlic, onion and corned beef
- After sauteing, set it aside
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs, add salt and pepper
- Combine the sauteed corned beef and egg (corned beef omelet mixture)
- Heat up a pan and cook the omelet mixture, use 1/2 cup measuring cup to make a consistent size of corned beef omelet
- Cook until the bottom is brown then flip to cook the other side
- Serve it!
