Tebasaki (meaning chicken wings in Japanese) is a very popular dish in Japanese izakaya (Japanese style bar) as a side menu. This dish is very easy to cook and delicious!

Ingredients:

1 cup Japanese rice wine (https://amzn.to/31GARis)
1/4 cup soy sauce (https://amzn.to/32HqbjO)
Seasoning:
1 tsp black pepper (https://amzn.to/31HUEhn)
1 tsp salt (https://amzn.to/2MaIEOS)
Procedures:
Marinate:
Marinate the chicken with Japanese rice wine and soy sauce overnight
Seasoning:
Combine the salt and pepper
Broiling:
1. Place a parchment paper on the baking pan
2. Wipe off excess sauce from the chicken wings and place it on the pan skin side down
3. Broil the chicken wings for 10 minutes per side
4. After chicken wings are cooked, sprinkle with salt and pepper seasoning
