About:
Sinigang is a Filipino soup or stew characterized by its sour and savoury taste. It is most often associated with tamarind (Filipino: sampalok), although it can use other sour fruits and leaves as the souring agent. It is one of the more popular dishes in Filipino cuisine. There are different kinds of sinigang. You can use fish, shrimp, pork as some of the main ingredients.

The use of Instant Pot, it will help the process of making sinigang much simpler, easier yet delicious. If you love sinigang and if you have Instant Pot, I highly recommend cooking in this method.
