Buko salad, usually anglicized as young coconut salad, is a Filipino fruit salad dessert made from strips of fresh young coconut (buko) with sweetened milk or cream and various other ingredients. It is one of the most popular and ubiquitous Filipino desserts served during celebrations and fiestas.

- 380ml Nestle Table Cream – https://amzn.to/38lv203

- Pandan Essense (few drops as you desired) – https://amzn.to/2GEBt32
- 1/3 cup Tapioca Pearl (small) – https://amzn.to/3p1jCEE
Steps
- Drain and set aside coconut meat
- Boil water and add the tapioca pearl.
- Let it boil for 5 to 8 minutes or until it turns translucent
- Drain and add pandan flavoring and set aside
- Cut the Green Ai-Yu Jelly into cubes and set aside
- Combine Nestle Table Cream, Condensed Milk, and Evaporated Milk
- On a separate bowl, add coconut meat, Green Ai-Yu Jelly, Tapioca Pearl and Cream mixture
- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or so
- Serve it
