  1. Prepare a pie crust (youtube link) (or you can use the store-bought) and set aside

[prepare the filling]

  1. Prepare chicken meat. You can use store-bought rotisserie chicken or make one yourself
  2. Loosen the meat of the chicken and prepare 4 cups of chicken meat and set aside
  3. Prepare the other ingredients
  4. Gently wipe the mushrooms with a paper towel and thinly slice
  5. In a pot, melt the butter, saute onion and garlic
  6. Add carrots and cook for a few minutes
  7. Add mushrooms and continue to saute
  8. Add all purpose flour and continue to stir until flour is cooked
  9. Add chicken stock, heavy cream, salt and pepper
  10. Add rotisserie chicken meat and frozen peas, parsley and water
  11. Give a good stir, cool it down and set aside

  1. Form the pie crust
  2. Add the chicken filling
  3. Cover with pie crust
  4. Trim any excess crust and tuck in
  5. Shape the edges by pinching it
  6. Put some incision
  7. Brush with egg wash

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown
  3. After baking is done, sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley and serve it!
