Get Your Instant Pot

Ingredients:

2 cups sweet rice (malagkit na bigas) (https://amzn.to/2lme8Zm)

1 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened dark cocoa) (https://amzn.to/2mVOtH5)

1 cup sugar (or less) (https://amzn.to/2NiwJ4z)

½ tsp salt (https://amzn.to/2MaIEOS)

2 tsp coffee granules (https://amzn.to/2kSCKZc)

8 cups water

Steps:

Note: Ratio of rice to water is 1:4

1 cup rice to 4 cups water

1. Pour all the ingredients into the Instant Pot

2. Press the saute mode, let it heat for a little bit just to help the powder to dissolve

3. When the powder is dissolved, press cancel

4. Set the mode to Porridge, press the timer to 40 minutes

5. Put the valve to Sealing position

6. Wait until the timer is done

7. Add evaporated milk and sugar (optional) when serving
