Steps
[Teriyaki Sauce]
- Put all the teriyaki sauce ingredients in the pot
- Turn on the heat and reduce the liquid
- Once the sauce got a bit thicken, remove it from the heat
- Set it aside until it cools down
[Grilling]
- Skew the beef and veggies to the stick
- Turn on the Smokeless Broiler
- Place the Kebab on the grill
- Brush with the teriyaki sauce and rotate occasionally to cook evenly
