Ingredients:

5 pcs chicken thigh (cut into pieces) or 6 pcs chicken legs

2 cups sweet rice (https://amzn.to/2OiIU17)

8 cups water

1/2 tsp pepper (https://amzn.to/31HUEhn)

4 tbsp fish sauce (patis) (https://amzn.to/2Inkb87)

Steps:

1. Set the Instant Pot to Saute mode

2. Saute the ginger, garlic and onion

3. Add the chicken meat in the pot

4. Add pepper, chicken cubes, fish sauce and rice

5. Mix them all

6. Add saffron, pepper and water

7. Close the pot, set to Porridge mode and cook for 45 minutes

8. Once the timer is done, open the lid, mix well before serving it
