How to Make Easy Potato, Corn and Bacon Chowder Soup Recipe

Serves 7-8


Steps

  1. Chop the veggies
  2. Cut the bacon into 1 inch wide
  3. Prepare a pot and cook the bacon
  4. Once the bacon is cooked, set aside
  5. Remove excess oil that came out from the bacon
  6. Add olive oil to the pot and butter
  7. Add onion, celery, carrots, potatoes, corn and continue to cook
  8. Season with salt and pepper
  9. Combine paprika powder and all purpose flour then add it to the pot
  10. Add bay leaf
  11. Add chicken stock
  12. Add Worcestershire sauce
  13. Add cooked bacon
  14. Cover and simmer for 8 – 15 minutes
  15. Add heavy whipping cream
  16. Add Tabasco (to taste)
  17. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper
  18. Serve it!
