Ingredients

Serves 4 – 5


Steps

  1. Press SAUTE
  2. Set to “More” (high heat setting)
  3. Wait for the pot to warm up
  4. Add olive oil and place the chicken skin side down
  5. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Wait for the chicken to be cooked.
  7. Once skin side is cooked, flip and cook the other side
  8. Season with salt and pepper
  9. Add garlic in the pot and saute
  10. Add onion and continue to saute
  11. Add chicken bouillon
  12. Add Bay Leaves and Fish Sauce
  13. Then add water
  14. Add carrots and celery
  15. Mix well
  16. Close the lid and set to Soup/Broth
  17. Cook for 20 minutes
  18. After 20 minutes, press CANCEL
  19. Depressurize
  20. Open the lid and remove the chicken
  21. Shred the chicken using 2 forks and set aside
  22. Press SAUTE
  23. Remove the bay leaves
  24. Put pasta and simmer until the pasta is cooked
  25. Put back the shredded chicken meat
  26. Mix well
  27. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper
  28. Mix well and press CANCEL
  29. Serve it!
