How to Make Korean Barbeque Bulgogi Recipe using Cast Iron

This is a very easy-to-make and super delicious Korean Beef Bulgogi using Cast Iron Pan. By using a cast iron pan, you can get the same taste as grilling as the one we can have it from the Korean BBQ restaurant but you can cook it at home yet easy to clean after you cook.

If you are going to try this recipe, highly recommended using the cast iron pan to achieve the authentic Korean BBQ style taste!

Steps

  1. Make the marinate sauce by combining soy sauce, mirin, sugar, honey, lime and sesame oil
  2. Marinate the beef for a couple of minutes
  3. Turn on the heat and warm up the cast iron pan
  4. Cook the beef both sides
  5. Set aside the cooked beef
  6. In the same cast iron pan, saute the onion
  7. Add back the beef
  8. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds
  9. Serve it!
