Ingredients
Serves 3 – 4

- 1/4 cup Soy sauce – https://amzn.to/3LiOGKx
- 1/2 tbsp White vinegar – https://amzn.to/3IDy9io
- 1 tsp Salt – https://amzn.to/3JFDOpD
- 1/4 cup Honey – https://amzn.to/3NekWjA
- 2 cloves Garlic(chopped) – https://amzn.to/3JHmFvw
- 2 bundles Green onions(chopped) – https://amzn.to/3wCllXp
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 Green chili(chopped) (optional)
- 1 Red chili(chopped) (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds
Steps
- Add water in a pot and bring it to a boil
- Once boiled, lower the heat
- Add eggs (no need to put in room temperature. You can get the eggs directly from the fridge)
- Boil eggs for 7-8 minutes if you want the runny yolk. 9-10 minutes to make the yolk bit more firmed.
- After boiling eggs, remove it from the pot and put in the ice cold water
- Peel the shell of the eggs and set a side
- Add ingredients of marinade sauce and mix well
- Put the boiled egg in the marinade sauce
- Marinate the eggs overnight
- After overnight, serve the eggs on top of the freshly cooked white rice
