[onion sauce]
- 1/4 Onion (chopped) – https://amzn.to/3DcyffX
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce – https://amzn.to/36TLMwV

- 2 tbsp Water

Steps
- Season the chicken with salt on both sides
- Put cooking oil on a pan
- Put the chicken skin side down
- Pan-fry in a frying pan for 10 minutes or until the skin turns brown
- Turn over to cook the other side of the chicken. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from pan
- Remove excess oil from the pan using a paper towel
- Saute the onion in the pan, add all the ingredients for the onion sauce and shimmer it until it thickens.
- Place the chicken on a plate and drizzle with the onion sauce
- Serve it!
