Steps

  1. Season the chicken with salt on both sides
  2. Put cooking oil on a pan
  3. Put the chicken skin side down
  4. Pan-fry in a frying pan for 10 minutes or until the skin turns brown
  5. Turn over to cook the other side of the chicken. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 
  6. Remove the chicken from pan
  7. Remove excess oil from the pan using a paper towel
  8. Saute the onion in the pan, add all the ingredients for the onion sauce and shimmer it until it thickens.
  9. Place the chicken on a plate and drizzle with the onion sauce
  10. Serve it!
