Ingredients
Serves 3 – 4
- 3 pcs Eggplant

- 1 tbsp Miso Paste – https://amzn.to/3HID5DS

- Few chili
Steps
- Slightly peel the eggplant and cut coarsely
- Add canola oil and sesame oil and heat up the pan
- Add the eggplant to the pan
- Face the skin side down
- Once the skin side is cooked, flip to cook the other side
- Add sugar, soy sauce, and Sake
- Continue to saute
- Add chili
- Mix miso and mirin
- Add the miso mixture to pan
- Combine well
- Serve it!
