About This Dish
Poke is diced raw fish served either as an appetizer or as a main course and is one of the main dishes of Native Hawaiian cuisine. You can serve this with rice. You simply get a bowl of rice (or sushi rice) and put the Ahi Poke as a topping.
Ingredients:

1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds (https://amzn.to/2BiZ7vp)
Seasoning:
1/4 tsp sea salt (https://amzn.to/2psrHYI)
1/3 cup soy sauce (https://amzn.to/2MP3XpJ)
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil (https://amzn.to/31kTBmR)
1 tbsp rice vinegar (https://amzn.to/2MmIoOi)
A pinch of red chili pepper flakes (adjust based on your spice level) (https://amzn.to/31mQlqX)
For toppings:
2 tbsp edamame (https://amzn.to/32pI3zR)
Steps:
1. Add water to dried wakame
2. Slice the onion (thinly slice)
3. Cut the tuna into 1-inch cubes (bite size)
4. Add all the seasoning (soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil) in one bowl and mix
5. Add Red Chili Flakes into the seasoning and mix them
6. Salt the tuna
7. Add onions, wakame and green onions
8. Add the seasoning into tuna
9. Toss them together
10. Add roasted sesame seeds and toss once again
11. Add edamame and serve
