About This Dish
This dish is a very handy appetizer. It goes well with Ramen noodles as a side dish or topping. It is very easy to make and can boost your appetite!

340g mung bean sprouts

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Chopped scallions for garnish (optional)
Seasonings:
2 tbsp sesame oil

1 1/2 tsp soy sauce

Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp Japanese Seven Spice Powder (Shichimi) (Optional)

Steps
How to make the seasonings:
- Put all the seasoning ingredients listed above
- Boil water and put the sprouts (boil for 30 sec)
- Drain the water and cool down the bean sprouts
- Mix the bean sprouts with the seasonings
- Add 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
- Serve it
