How to Make Pandan Waffle Recipe using Cuisinart Waffle Maker

About:

Pandan is a tropical plant that is native to Southeast Asia. It is known for its long, blade-like leaves that have a sweet, floral aroma. The leaves are used to flavor a variety of dishes in Southeast Asian cuisine, including desserts, drinks, and savory dishes.

The scientific name for pandan is Pandanus amaryllifolius. It is also known by other names, such as screwpine, fragrant screwpine, and pandanus leaf.

Pandan leaves have a unique flavor that has been described as being grassy, sweet, and floral. They also have a subtle vanilla-like aroma. The flavor of pandan is often used to complement other flavors, such as coconut, mango, and rice.

In this recipe, I used the Pandan extract to give the uniqueness of pandan in the old-fashioned waffle. It is crunchy outside and fluffy inside.
