Steps
- Turn on heat
- Add the butter and saute the onion and garlic
- Add pumpkin, carrots, celery, pink salt, pepper
- Mix the ingredients
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayen pepper (or paprika pepper)
- Continue to saute to cook the veggies
- Add all purpose flour
- Add chicken stocks and water
- Cover it and bring it to a boil
- Simmer it for about 22 minutes or until the veggies are soft
- Once veggies are soft, turn off the heat
- Use the blender to puree the veggies
- Once veggies are blended and looks smooth, turn on the heat
- Add heavy cream and stir
- Once it is welled mix, serve it!
