- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese – https://amzn.to/3Q2diMU

- Garlic Salt – https://amzn.to/3RIc3n9

Steps
- Rinse the baby potatoes and put them into the pot with water.
- Make sure the potatoes are submerged in the water
- Boil it for about 25 minutes or until it is soft (poke with the fork to see if it can go through easily)
- Drain the water and let it cool for a bit
- Prepare a baking tray, and drizzle with olive oil
- Transfer the potatoes to the baking pan
- Smash with the smasher (or glass)
- Season with garlic salt, pepper
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Bake it on one side for 15 minutes
- Pull out the potatoes from the oven, flip them, lightly drizzle with olive oil and season the other side as well
- Put back the potatoes in the oven and bake them for another 15 minutes (or until you reach the desired crispiness)
- Pull out from the oven, add the parmesan cheese and parsley on top
- And bake it for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted
- Serve it!
