- Store-bought extra soft tofu

Steps
[tapioca pearl prep]
- Boil water in the pot
- Once boiled, put the tapioca pearl
- Stir occasionally and simmer for 8 minutes (without covering)
- After 8 minutes, remove from the heat put the lid on and set aside for 10 minutes to let it cook with residual heat
[brown sugar syrup]
- Add brown sugar in the pot
- Add water and turn on the heat
- Stir and simmer until sugar is fully dissolved
- Once the syrup thickens, turn off the heat
[assemble]
- Scoop the tofu, reheat in the microwave
- Remove excess liquid from the tofu
- Add tapioca pearl
- Add syrup
- Serve it!
