Steps
[adobo meat and sauce]
- Put the pork belly, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, water in the Instant Pot
- Close the lid, pressure cook for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes, remove the meat and sauce from the pot. Set them aside as we will need them when cooking the rice

- Add rinsed rice (uncooked) to the pot
- Add the Adobo Sauce (the sauce from the Adobo cooked previously)
- Add some green onion
- Add water
- Add a few Adobo meats
- Close the lid and pressure cook for 2 minutes
- After the 2-minute timer is up, keep it for an additional 10 minutes with the residual heat to continue the cooking process of rice
- After 10 minutes, open the lid, scoop it in a small bowl
- Serve it!
