Steps
[meat prep]
- Clean and pat dry the meat
- Put the meat skin side down and score the meat diagonally
- Prepare a tray and add Knorr Liquid Seasoning Sauce and Soy Sauce
- Put the Meat in that tray
- Make sure the meat is coated with marinade sauce on both sides
- Add salt, pepper, garlic
- Prepare an Air Fryer pan and place layers of foil. Make sure the foil is long enough to wrap the meat later
- Place the lemon grass, green onion, bay leaves and rosemary
- Put the meat on top and apply the excess marinade sauce

- Set to Air Fry
- Set temp to 350F/180C and preheat the Air Fryer
- Once preheated, put the meat in the Air Fryer and cook for 45 minutes
- After 45 minutes, remove the meat from the Air Fryer
- Uncover the foil. Discard the foil with marinade sauce. Replace with a new foil
- Apply oil with soy sauce on the skin
- Place it back in the Air Fryer (preheated 350F/180C) and cook for 45 minutes or until it reaches the desired crispiness
- Chop it in the bite-size and serve it!
