About This Dish
Miso Ramen is a miso soup based ramen noodles. It is very simple to cook yet tasty dish!
Ingredients:
[soup base]
3 tsp Garlic (https://amzn.to/34MHfH5)
3 tsp Ginger (https://amzn.to/2LxlcN1)
5 tsp Onions (https://amzn.to/2VHZ71o)
8 tbsp miso paste (https://amzn.to/2l6BUbu)
8 cups water (or broth either chicken or pork for flavorful soup)
[toppings and noodles]
200g fresh noodles (https://amzn.to/300eKXx)
Topping amount is up to you.

Boiled eggs
Menma (bamboo shoots) (https://amzn.to/2Q0v7LM )
Bean Sprout (https://amzn.to/2EqCFC7 )
Steps:
[soup]
1. Add sesame oil in the pot
2. Saute ginger, garlic and onion
3. Add 8 cups of pork broth (or water)
Note: 8 cups of soup can serve 10 to 12 people (you can freeze the leftover soup for you to keep)
4. Cover and let it boil
5. Once boiled, add the miso paste and stir
6. Add salt to taste
[toppings]
1, Add bean sprout into boiling water for a minute or so and drain the water
2. Slice the chasyu
3. Chopped green onions
4. Prepare menma (bamboo shoots) (optional – you can get this from the store)
5. Cut the boiled egg into half
[noodles]
1. Boil water in the pot
2. Drop the fresh noodles and let it boil
3. Once boiled, drain the water
[assemble]
1. Add the soup in a bowl
2. Add the noodles
3. Add toppings
4. Serve it
