Serves 3 – 4
- 7 oz Almond Flavor Gelatin Dessert – https://amzn.to/3ZO8aAW
- 3 and 1/2 cup Water
- 1 and 1/2 cup Milk – https://amzn.to/3N4yDmA
- 40 oz (2 cans) Lychee in Syrup – https://amzn.to/3N4yEHa
Steps
[almond jelly mixture]
- Add water and Almond Flavor Gelatin Dessert powder in the pot
- Dissolve the Almond Flavor Gelatin Dessert powder
- Put the pot in the heat and bring it to a boil
- Stir occasionally while boiling the Almond Jelly mixture
- Once the Almond Jelly mixture is boiling, remove it from the heat
- Add milk to the Almond Jelly mixture and mix well
- Transfer the Almond Jelly mixture to the tray
- Cool it down and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until it sets

- Transfer the Lychee in the can to a bowl (including the syrup)
- Cut the Lychee into half (if the lychee is too big)

- Once Almond Jelly is set, cut into cubes
- Put in a cup together with the lychee
- Serve it!
