About This Dish
It is easy to make yet healthy and delicious. Serve it with Japanese mayonnaise for additional savor.
Ingredients:
Thin sliced beef
Asparagus
Note: Amount of beef and asparagus is up to you. You can roll a slice or two beef per asparagus.
Steps:
1. Snap the hard part of the Asparagus stem
2. Peel the outer skin of Asparagus
3. Roll the beef around the asparagus
4. Put salt and pepper
5. Heat up the pan
6. Add butter and olive oil on the pan
7. Put the asparagus (with rolled beef) into a pan)
8. Cook both sides
9. Serve it!
