About This Dish
This is a spicy ramen noodle dish perfect for winter weather to warm your body. Simple steps to make with less ingredients you need. If you are craving for spicy noodles at home, try this one!
Ingredients:

- 4 pcs bok choy (https://amzn.to/2stG54Q )

[for the Niku-Miso]
- 1 clove ginger (https://amzn.to/2LxlcN1)
- 1 clove garlic (https://amzn.to/34MHfH5)
- 150g ground pork
- 2 tbsp Sake (Japanese Rice Wine) (https://amzn.to/2IROYtS)
- 2 tbsp Toban Djan (https://amzn.to/2MCpwup )
- 2 tbsp Miso Paste (https://amzn.to/2l6BUbu)
[for the Soup Sauce]
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce (adjust based on your salty level) (https://amzn.to/32HqbjO)
- 1 tsp chili oil (adjust based on your spicy level) (https://amzn.to/2F0WVLd)
- 2 cups chicken broth (https://amzn.to/39ixSB4 )
Steps:
[Niku-Miso Marinade]
- Combine sake, touban jan and miso paste together. Set this aside while ground pork is being sauteed.
[Niku-Miso]
- Mince garlic and ginger
- Heat the pan with sesame oil
- Saute ginger and garlic
- Add ground pork and saute until ground pork is fully cooked
- Add the Niku-Miso Marinade and mix together with the sauteed ground pork
[Soup Base]
- Bring Chicken Broth to a boil
[Noodles and Bok Choy]
- Boil Bok Choy for a minute or so and drain the water
- 2. Boil fresh noodles and drain the water
[Assembly]
- In a bowl, add soy sauce, chili oil and chicken broth
- Add noodles in a bowl
- Add Niku-Miso
- Add Bok Choy
- Serve it!
