Mini Japanese Onigiri Sushi Mold

Using the Sushi mold, you can make sushi-shaped rice. Nice and easy and quick!


Ingredients

Serves 3 – 4

[teriyaki sauce]

[sushi rice]

[dashi]


Steps

[teriyaki sauce]

  1. Add Soy Sauce, Mirin, Sugar in the pot
  2. Dissolve the sugar
  3. Turn on the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens

[sushi rice]

  1. Add sushi vinegar to the cooked rice
  2. Combine gently. Make sure not to mash the rice
  3. Use the sushi mold to share it to sushi rice
  4. Set it aside

[cooking beef]

  1. Add Mentsuyu and water in the pot
  2. Bring it to a boil
  3. Dip the meat until it turns light brown

[assemble]

  1. Place the cooked beef on top of the sushi rice
  2. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce
  3. Place small amount of wasabi on top of the beef
  4. Serve it!
