Ingredients
- Calamansi
- Honey
- Water
Note: the amount of Calamansi and Honey depends on your taste preferences. Adjust the sourness by adding or reducing more Calamansi. Add or reduce honey or add more water to adjust the sweetness.
Steps
- Cut the Calamansi into half and use the strainer and squeeze the juice
- In a jar, add warm water and mix the honey until it dissolves
- Add the Calamansi juice
- Add water and mix
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey/water
- Serve in a glass with ice!
