Ingredients

Steps
- Crush the Oreo cookies using a Food Processor
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese (room temperature) and the crushed Oreo cookies
- Shape the dough into small balls (25g per ball)
- Cool it in the fridge for a few hours (or until the ball is set) – do not bring out the balls from the fridge until the white chocolate is ready

- Boil water in a pot (do not overfill. The bowl that will be placed on the pot should not touch the water)
- Prepare a bowl that can fit on top of the pot
- Once the water is boiling, lower the heat
- Put the white chocolate and wait for it to melt
- Once melted, remove it from the heat

- Use two forks to dip the Oreo ball in the melted white chocolate
- Place the coated Oreo balls on a tray and put them in a fridge for about 15 minutes (or until the coating is set)
- Once the coating is set, decorate with melted dark chocolate (optional)
