Sauce:

– Kimchi Juice (1/3 cup)

Steps:

1. Cut Kimchi into small pieces

2. Mix all the sauce (except salt)

3. Cut the Onion Leeks

4. Cook the egg (sunny side up style)

5. Put Sesame Oil on the pan

6. Put the Kimchi and saute until it dried up

7. Add the rice and the sauce and mix them together

8. Add the Onion Leeks

9. Add the salt and one last mix

10. Put into the bowl and serve!
