Tikoy (Chinese Rice Cake)
Eggs
Sugar
Note: adjust the amount depending on your taste.
Steps:
1. Thinly slice the Tikoy
2. Beat the eggs with sugar
3. Add the tikoy in the egg and coat it well
4. Put cooking oil in the pan
5. Once pan is heated, place the tikoy
6. Flip the tikoy once bottom side is cooked
7. Serve it!
