Grilled Salmon is very popular dish in Japanese dinner. Using Air Fryer, it made easy to cook the Salmon. It is very juicy and fluffy.

Ingredients:
Salmon

Salt

Pepper

Sake (Japanese Rice Wine)

Butter

Soy Sauce

* There is no exact measurement. Measurement will depend on your taste. If you have lighter taste, reduce the amount of salt, pepper.
Steps:
1. Marinate the salmon with salt and pepper, Sake (Japanese Rice Wine) for 30 minutes or so
2. Put foil and oil in the Airfryer pan
3. Place the salmon in the Airfryer pan
4. Add butter and soy sauce on top of salmon
5. Set to 400F and cook for 8 – 10 minutes depending on the size of the salmon. (Pause and check the salmon every 4-5 minutes)
6. Serve it!
