This is a simple treat that is great for valentine’s day celebration. All you need is fresh strawberries and chocolate.

- 3/4 cup Ghirardelli Chocolate Dark Melting Wafers

Steps
- Rinse and skew the strawberries
- Boil water
- Once boiled, lower the heat and put a bowl on top of the pot
- Drop the chocolate in a bowl and melt it
- Once chocolate is melted, turn off the heat
- Start coating the strawberries with the melted chocolate
- Set the strawberries aside until chocolate sets
- Repeat the same steps with white chocolate
- Serve it!
