This dish is a Buffalo Wild Wings inspired Asian Zing Chicken Wings. It is a little bit sweet yet you can sense the spiciness coming from Sriracha and Shichimi Pepper. Good for appetizer, snack or along with the drinks. Super easy to make using Airfrayer, it is crispy and tender.

[chicken wings prep]

- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
Steps
[Asian Zing Sauce]
- Combine Honey, Rice Vinegar, Mirin, Soy Sauce, Sriracha Chili Hot Sauce and mix
- Heat up the pan, add sesame oil, garlic and ginger, saute
- Add Shichimi pepper
- Add the mixed sauce made in step 1
- Set the Asian Zing Sauce aside
[Chicken Wings]
- Oil Spray the basket of Airfryer
- Add salt, pepper, baking powder to chicken wings
- Put the chicken in the Airfryer basket
- Put additional salt, pepper and cooking spray
- Set the temperature of the Airfryer to 375F and cook for 24 minutes. (12 minutes each side)
- Once chicken wings are cooked, heat up the Asian Zing sauce on the pan
- Drop the chicken wings in the pan and toss well with the sauce
