Tokwat Baboy is a very famous dish to go with beer in the Philippines. It is a combination of Lechon Kawali and Fried Tofu with Soy Sauce/Vinegar Sauce. It is a great appetizer as well. In this video, Air Fryer is used. No to less oil to use, no deep frying and no deep fry oil mess to clean up.

Note: Adjust the amount of Fried Tofu and/or Pork Belly if you want one ingredient more versus another.
Steps
Making Sauce
- Chop the red onion and transfer it in a bowl
- Cut the Bell Pepper in strips
- Add White Vinegar and Soy Sauce in a bowl
- Add dash of Salt and Pepper
- Add Sugar
- Stir and set aside while cooking the Pork Belly and Fried Tofu
Making Tokwa
- Pat dry the Tofu
- Add oil and toss
- 375F for 8 to 10 minutes
