Cheesecake is a great dish for afternoon break with a cup of tea or a coffee. In this recipe, I will be sharing the very simple and easy to make blueberry cheesecake. Hope you could enjoy baking it and tasting it.

Steps
[crust]
- Place a foil and wrap the bottom of cake mold
- Crush the graham crackers until it is fine grain
- Transfer the fined grain graham crackers in the bowl and mix with melted butter, sugar, salt until you get the sand-like texture
- Put the crust mixture in the cake mold pan and flatten it to shape a crust
- Preheat oven to 325F and bake the crust for 8 minutes

- Put the cream cheese in the bowl and mix
- Add Sugar, Eggs, Sour Cream, Salt, All Purpose Flour and continue to mix until everything is incorporated
- Add vanilla extract and lemon zest and give one last stir
- Pour the cheesecake batter into a 9-inch cheesecake pan
- Pop in the 325F preheated oven and bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes
- Cool down the cake
- Remove from the mold
- Add blueberry jam on top
- Serve it!
