Tuna Rice Bowl is one way to enjoy the freshness of Tuna Sashimi. Unlike sushi, it is very easy to prepare and one delightful meal is similar to eating sushi. If you can get a sashimi grade tuna, this is a must try recipe!

- 1 tbsp Water

Steps
- Add Hondashi powder into water and mix well to make the hondashi broth
- Add Soy sauce, mirin and sesame oil in the hondashi broth and mix well
- Add Wasabi and mix, set aside the marinade sauce
- Place slices of tuna in the tray and pour the marinade sauce and set aside for 15 minutes or so
- Prepare a bowl of rice and put some marinade sauce on top of rice
- Place the marinated tuna on the rice
- Add some green onions, sesame seeds and nori
- Serve it!
