Paksiw na Pata or Pata Tim is one of the popular Filipino dishes using Pork Hocks. It has a sweetness in its sauce and is very appetizing to eat with white rice. With the use of Instant Pot, you can cook the Pork Hocks meat tender in a short amount of time.

Ingredients
- 4 lb Pork Hocks (cut into round slices)

- 1/4 cup Knorr Liquid Seasoning – https://amzn.to/2wVu4qQ

- 1 and 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper Corn – https://amzn.to/33gtsYU
- 6 Bay Leaves – https://amzn.to/2QeBtbB
- 7 cloves Garlic – https://amzn.to/2vnh90r

- 3 cups Water
Steps
- Rinse Pork and put the Pork Hock meat in the Instant Pot with soaking water
- Set to Saute mode and bring it to boil (put the glass lid to speed up the boiling process)
- Once boiling, wait for the impurity to release and discard water and rinse the pork
- Put back the pot with pork and add all the ingredients
- Add 3 cups of water
- Add Filipino Soy Sauce, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, Cane Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Black Pepper Corn, Bay Leaves, Garlic, Banana Blossoms, Salt
- Put the lid and close, set to Sealing position
- Set to Stew / Meat and cook for the 35 minutes
- While cooking the pork, boil eggs for 13 minutes. Put eggs in the pot fill with water and boil it
- After 35 minutes, depressurize the Instant Pot and open the lid
- Set to Saute mode and continue boiling
- Add the boiled eggs in the pot and boil for a minute or so
- Serve it!
