Oyakodon is a Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl. It is one of the simplest meals to prepare in the Japanese Rice Bowl recipe. Pack of protein and the sauce will bring out your appetite to eat some more with rice. Hope you enjoy this dish

Steps
- Chop the onion and break it apart into pieces
- Chop the chicken into bite size
- Make the sauce by combining the sauce ingredients listed above. Once all combined, set it aside
- Gently beat the eggs (5 to 10, depending on how much you like to add them) and set it aside
- Prepare small pan (7 or 8 inch) and heat up
- Add the 1/2 cup sauce mixture, add some onions and simmer for a while
- Add Chicken meat, cover it and let it cook the chicken
- Remove the lid, add 1/4 cup of beaten eggs and cover it again until eggs are half cooked
- Remove the lid again and add 1/4 cup of beaten again and then cover it again until eggs are cooked (do not overcooked the eggs)
- Prepare rice on a bowl, put the chicken and egg on top of the rice
- Repeat the same steps for extra bowls you prepare
- Serve it!
