Garlic Steak is the most common menu in the Teppanyaki Restaurant. This is the homemade version of this dish. You can use any steak meat. My favorite one is rib eye but you can use sirloin or strip and so on. Make sure the meat is deboned. The flavor of garlic is so wonderful and it brings out the juiciness of the steak! Give it a try and you will like it!

Steps
- Mince garlic
- Cut the steak meat into cubes
- Add butter in the pan and saute garlic
- Add the meat in the pan
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste
- Continue to cook in high until meat is cook
- Add Sake (Japanese Rice Wine) or any hard liquor
- Add Soy Sauce and cook for additional about 2 minutes
- Serve it!
