Teriyaki is a very popular sauce in Japan. The sweetness of the sauce stimulates your appetite and want to eat more. Teriyaki Chicken is one of the popular dishes and it is also easy to make.
Ingredients

Steps
- Debone the chicken thighs
- Grate the ginger and extract the juice
- Heat up the pan, add cooking oil
- Put the chicken skin-side down and cook until it turns light brown and flip to cook the other side
- Once the chicken is cooked, set aside, remove the excess oil from the pan
- Add Soy Sauce, Mirin, Sake, Sugar and Ginger Juice in the pan
- Simmer until the sauce gets thicken
- Put back the chicken in the pan and continue to cook. Make sure chicken is coated with teriyaki sauce
- Serve it!
