Pork Ribs or Spare ribs (also side ribs or spareribs) are a variety of pork ribs cooked and eaten in various cuisines around the world. They are cut from the lower portion of the pig specifically the belly and breastbone, behind the shoulder, and include 11 to 13 long bones. There is a covering of meat on top of the bones and also between them. In this recipe, we will be using Instant Pot to make the ribs tender and making homemade barbecue sauce while cooking the ribs. - 3/4 cup Barbeque Sauce – https://amzn.to/2LMlRJG

- 1 tbsp A1 Sauce – https://amzn.to/2ZqDOW7
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce – https://amzn.to/2WMLOPp
- 3 tbsp Garlic (minced) – https://amzn.to/3cOuwY1
- 2 Bay Leaves – https://amzn.to/3bQgZxN
- 1/4 cup vinegar – https://amzn.to/2TjiNsH
- 1/8 cup Soy Sauce – https://amzn.to/3g2cOCl
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Brown Sugar – https://amzn.to/2WMLRuz

- 1 cup Water
Steps
- Place Pork Ribs in the pot
- Add Garlic, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Salt, Pepper, Bay Leaves and water
- Put the lid on, close it and set to Meat/Stew mode, cook for 15 minutes
- Once cooked for 15 minutes, cool down for another 10 minutes and depressurize
- Add brown sugar, barbeque sauce, ketchup, A1 sauce, Worcestershire sauce
- Set to Saute mode and wait for the pot to boil
- Simmer for 5 minutes and transfer the ribs on the tray
- Continue to simmer the sauce until the liquid is reduced and thickened
- Press Cancel to turn off the heat of Instant Pot
- Pour the sauce mixture on the top of the ribs
- Put the ribs in the oven and broil it for 10 minutes but watch out for the ribs (depending on your oven, it may burn quicker than 10 minutes)
- Pull out the tray and flip the ribs and put back in the oven to broil for an additional 8 minutes
- Pull out from the oven, pour some extra sauce mixture
- Serve it!
