This recipe shows you the simplest and easy way to make perfect pizza dough. You can oven bake it right away or you can store the dough in the freezer and use it in the future. I used Stand Mixer for easy mixing but you can always use your hands to knead it. Homemade pizza with homemade pizza dough would be perfect for your kids’ snack or for family dinner!

Ingredients

- 2 and 1/2 tsp Instant Yeast – https://amzn.to/2GqZ5HH

- 1 and 1/3 Warm Water (100F-110F)
Note: You can make 2 of 14-in pizza (480g each)
Steps
- Activate the yeast by adding the Instant Yeast in the Warm Water with the sugar (see the amount above in the ingredients section), mix and set aside until it gets activated
- Add the rest of the mixing bowl and once yeast is activated, add it as well
- Start the stand mixer until all the ingredients are well incorporated and the dough is smooth
- Grease the bowl and proof for an hour
