About This Dish
This is a multipurpose dip. Popular way of using this dip is served with fresh vegetables such as cabbage, cucumber, carrots. Dip the vegetable in a miso dip and have a bite. It is good for appetizer or healthy snacks for kids!

Procedures:
1. Grate the garlic
2. Add miso paste, mirin, sesame oil, tobanjan (chili bean paste), mayonnaise, sugar and soy sauce.
3. Mix them well altogether
