Japanese Style Hamburger Steak is a Japanese-style Salisbury Steak. It is so juicy. One of the famous hamburger steaks is the one you can get from Denny’s restaurant in Japan. In this recipe, you can try to get a similar taste to those hamburger steaks at home.

- 3 tbsp Water

Steps
- Mince onion then add a few drops of the cooking oil
- Wrap and heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes
- Uncover and reheat for another 1 minute
- Set aside 1 tbsp in a separate bowl (for the sauce)
- Add breadcrumbs and milk in the onion
- Mix
- Add beaten egg and mix then set aside
- In a separate bowl, add ground meat
- Add salt, Worcestershire sauce
- Mix well
- Add the binder (onion mixture) in the ground meat
- Mix well
- Put oil on your hand
- Shape the ground meat
- Remove air from the meat
- Place the burger patty on a pan and cook in the mid-high heat
- Once the oil is turning brown, ready to flip it to cook the other side
- Cook the other side for about 1 minute
- Add water, cover and cook for another 5 minutes in low heat
- Turn off heat and let steam cook with the residual heat for another 1 minute
- Remove from the pan and place it on a plate and cover with a foil and set aside

- Use the same pan you used for cooking the hamburg
- Turn the heat
- Add butter, sake, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce
- Mix well until it thickens

Pour the sauce on the top of the hamburger steak and serve it!
