Tebasaki translates to “wingtips” it is a simple Japanese style chicken wings marinated in just sake (Japanese rice wine) and soy sauce. Typically you will get this dish in the Japanese style restaurant.
In this recipe, I will be using Air Fryer to cook this super easy and delicious. So easy to prepare and so delicious dish that you can quickly serve at your dinner table.

Ingredients
Serves 3 – 4
- 3 lbs Chicken Wings – https://amzn.to/3uB4bGo
- 1/2 cup Sake – https://amzn.to/3AaFbXI
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce – https://amzn.to/3Fd21Sm
[seasoning – dry rub]
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Marinate the chicken in Sake (Japanese Rice Wine) and Soy Sauce for about an hour
- Season the marinated chicken with salt and pepper
- Set the temperature of the Air Fryer to 375F
- Cook for 10 minutes on each side (flip the chicken after 10 minutes then cook for another 10 minutes) or until the chicken is golden brown
- Serve it!
