- Green Onion (for toppings)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Steps
- Chop the veggies
- Cut the bacon into 1 inch wide
- Prepare a pot and cook the bacon
- Once the bacon is cooked, set aside
- Remove excess oil that came out from the bacon
- Add olive oil to the pot and butter
- Add onion, celery, carrots, potatoes, corn and continue to cook
- Season with salt and pepper
- Combine paprika powder and all purpose flour then add it to the pot
- Add bay leaf
- Add chicken stock
- Add Worcestershire sauce
- Add cooked bacon
- Cover and simmer for 8 – 15 minutes
- Add heavy whipping cream
- Add Tabasco (to taste)
- Adjust the taste with salt and pepper
- Serve it!
