How to Make Pork Chasyu Recipe

Pork Chasyu is mostly used as a topping on the Ramen noodles but you can also use it as a side dish or make a Chasyu-Don (Chasyu on a Rice Bowl) This dish is pretty simple to make yet there is a variety of usage in different dishes.

Steps:

  1. Put salt and pepper on the pork
  2. Tenderize the meat and set aside for 30 minutes
  3. Tie the meat
  4. Sear the meat on the pan
  5. Boil with water for an hour (once the water is boiled, set to low heat)
  6. After an hour of boiling,  discard the water
  7. Add the sauce ingredients together with meat and boil for an hour (once the water is boiled, set to low heat)
  8. Cooldown the meat and slice
  9. Serve it!
