Steps
[coffee-infused milk]
- Put the ground coffee beans in the soup stock bag (or tea bag)
- Steep the coffee beans in the milk
- Put in the fridge overnight to make the coffee-infused milk
[milk coffee mixture]
- Get a small amount of milk coffee (from the coffee-infused milk) and put it in the bowl
- Put the Cream Cheese in the bowl
- Microwave for about 30 seconds (to melt the cream cheese)
- Remove from the microwave, dissolve the cream cheese
- Add the cocoa powder and continue to dissolve
- Add sugar, vanilla extract, kosher salt, and continue to mix until all ingredients are dissolved

- In a bowl, put heavy cream, coffee-infused milk, cream cheese mixture
- Mix well to combine

- Chop the chocolate chips
- Set it aside

- Make sure the inner container is well-frozen
- Pour the ice cream mixture
- Start the Ice Cream Maker and continue to mix for about 25 minutes or until it is nice and smooth
- After 25 minutes of mixing, add a few chocolate chips (leave some for the toppings later)

- Once the mixing is done in the Ice Cream Maker, transfer the ice cream into the Ice Cream tub
- Put it in the freezer overnight or until the ice cream hardens
- Once the ice cream is hard, scoop it.
- Serve it!
